How is this list ranked?

By the facts in each car's records, the same ones its highlights show: a great or good deal rating against our own inventory, no accidents reported, low miles for its age, one owner, factory warranty left, a clean title, a price drop, certification. Ties go to the car with fewer miles, then the lower price. Nobody pays to appear.
