Every vehicle page shows the out-the-door estimate for your state: price, documentation fee, title and registration estimate, shipping and delivery fees, and sales tax. Get prequalified in two minutes with a soft credit inquiry (no score impact) to see your own monthly payment on every car for 30 days.
Press Start purchase and the car is held for you for 40 minutes while you choose financing (ours, your own lender, or cash), add a trade-in offer, pick home delivery or pickup, and add a protection plan if you want one. Review the full breakdown and place the order. Nothing is charged until you pay the amount due at order by bank transfer.
Your order tracker walks you through identity verification, the documents we need (driver's license, proof of insurance listing the VIN, and depending on your deal, proof of income or a lender letter), the payment due at order, and scheduling. A City Auto specialist is with you for the steps that are not yet fully online.
Choose a 3-hour window. On the day you get live status updates. At the door we verify IDs, photograph your insurance, walk the car with you, verify your trade-in, sign the remaining documents and hand over the keys with a temporary tag.
Day one is the day you receive the car. You have until 8:00 p.m. Eastern on day seven and 400 miles to decide. Return it for a full refund or exchange it for another car (up to two exchanges). The shipping fee is not refundable once the car has been transported; mileage beyond 400 is charged at $1 per mile.
