Prices exclude taxes, title, registration and fees, which are shown in the out-the-door estimate for your ZIP. A car is reserved for you only while a hold or a placed order is active. We may correct errors in listings.
Trade-in and sell offers are valid for 7 days and are verified at pickup. Prequalification is not a commitment to lend; final terms are disclosed before you sign.
The 7-day money-back guarantee (400 miles; shipping fee non-refundable once transported; $1 per mile beyond 400) and the 100-day / 4,189-mile limited warranty are described on How it works and in your purchase documents.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the condition of a vehicle you sell to us.
City Auto's text line, (901) 844-3774, answers questions about our cars, prices and your purchase. Every conversation starts with a text from you, and by texting us you agree to receive replies about your question from Miles, our virtual assistant (an AI), and from City Auto specialists. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out at any time, and START to opt back in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy policy.
You may sign in to cityauto.ai with a US mobile number instead of a password. Each time you ask for a code you agree to receive one text message with a one-time code; message and data rates may apply. Anyone who has your phone can sign in to your account with it, so keep your phone and your codes to yourself, and tell us right away if you lose your phone or change your number so that we can remove it from your account. A number left unused for a long time may also need a code sent to the account's e-mail. An account opened with a phone number needs a verified e-mail address before you can place an order, apply for financing or invite a co-buyer.
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. A submission that reCAPTCHA cannot confirm as coming from a person may be refused; if that happens, try again or call us.
